Tooltip
Show short contextual help anchored to an element.

This section is not defined in the Dr. Max Design System library (design.drmax.eu) yet. See the Developer tab for usage.
The component is built on Reka UI popover primitives: hovering or focusing the anchor shows the bubble, moving the pointer or focus away hides it, and Escape dismisses it. Opening and closing never moves focus — it stays on the anchor, so the tooltip works for keyboard users without trapping them.
Because the bubble can disappear, don't put essential or interactive content inside it — keep actions and links in the anchored element itself.
