Brand guidelines

Dr. Max Trademarks Guidelines

Correct usage of trademarks

Basic rules

The purpose of these guidelines is to show, how to use our trademarks correctly, in line with our group brand guidelines and IP legislation.

In general, we distinguish between word and picture trademarks.

Please note that word and picture trademarks may differ (picture trademarks are often in a form without space between words).

We use the word trademarks in a form of written text, descriptions, names (mainly on e-shops), etc., whereas the picture trademarks we use in a form of logo/picture.

All requests and queries related to the Dr. Max trademarks shall be addressed to Dr. Max BDC marketing and legal departments.

Basic categorization

Within the group we have three main categories of trademarks: core Dr. Max trademarks, own label/product trademarks and local trademarks derivatives.

All trademarks must be used in line with the brand guidelines and in a form in which they are registered with the respective IP authority.
